Students' Gallery for
2016 Blue Ridge Mountain Magic Photo Workshop
The Blue Ridge Mountains hold magic for many people, so we headed to the mountains with our participants to enjoy the springtime blush and flowers. As always, each sought his and her own vision, and they helped one another both in the field and during critiques. Here is a sampling of images from them.
It is always fun to see Students in Action. Who knows whom you might find!

For those who want more time with Margo and Arnie, we offer the opportunity to scout and shoot with them before most of our domestic workshops. We limit this to two people per day who ride in the car with the instructors. During these days while Arnie and Margo do their own photography and final scouting for the workshop, there is also lots of individual instruction and discussions about photography.
We start out with some technical information before heading out for our first afternoon of photography. Our workshops include the following:
Maximum 6-to-1 ratio students to instructors;
Primer booklet to help you get started;
Early-morning and late-afternoon shoots for domestic workshops;
Daily downloading of your images and processing (we use the latest version
Lots of individual instruction in both the field and classroom;
Daily critiques, both individual and group for domestic workshops and most overseas ones;
Discussions on various aspects of photography, including digital workflow; and
Lots of fun and frivolity throughout!
