Summertime
on the Maine Coast

August in Maine is delightful. With sunny and foggy
days, you'll see the various moods of this craggy
coastline. Margo grew up sailing this coast and
knows it intimately. Arnie and
Margo will show you great locations, from the dramatic
coast to lighthouses, from estuaries, to a morning
out on a raditional Maine lobster boat for those who wish. They love
this part of New England and look forward to sharing
it with you...

Canyon
de Chelly & Navajoland

Canyon de Chelly is a stunning location in Arizona
near the four-corner region. The second largest
canyon in the US, its history goes back
to the Anassazi, as evidenced by the many, beautiful,
ancient ruins set high in the red, sandstone cliffs
that frame Chinle Wash.
We love this area and can't
wait to show you all the wonderful gems to
photograph... Arches, Canyonlands, & Moab

The Southwest is a glorious place to photograph,
and the Moab area is a prime location.
With blazing red sandstone, fantastical
arches, cool canyons, spectacular views, and the
Colorado and Green Rivers, there is no shortage
of photographic material. In addition to the two
national parks, we'll take you to some pretty special
areas that we love... Canyon de Chelly above precedes
this by three days.

Aspens & Ghost Towns of Colorado

The Rockies in Colorado are gorgeous with
their vibrant fall Aspens and old ghost towns. People travel
to this part of the country to take in the beautiful yellows of the trees against clear-blue skies and explore old log buildings of a bygone era.
We will take you to different valleys

England Fall Foliage

People come from all over the world to see the gorgeous
foliage of northern New England. The riot of colors
against the deep green conifers, along with quaint
New England villages, farms, and covered bridges
make great subject matter. We'll take in little-known
locations that are favorites of The Barefoot Contessa,
a native of this area. We'll have some of these
places all to ourselves!...

Lighthouses
of the Outer Banks

The Outer Banks are a long, thin strip of barrier
islands that protect the North Carolina Coast. Preserved
to a large extent by the Cape Hatteras National
Seashore, it is a visual feast of historic lighthouses
spaced between long stretches of wild beaches and
pristine sand dunes. The Outer Banks are part of
our own back yard that we know so well, and we will
go to great locations where you can make wonderful
photographs...
People
& Culture of Belize

Imagine staying in a screened cabana with thatched roof and private bath at an
eco-friendly lodge on the placid Moho River and surrounded by lush, tropical
gardens. We'll be near stunning waterfalls, Mayan
villages where you'll see tortillas being made, ancient ruins, an organic cacao
farm, river scenes, and the flora and fauna of the jungle, including Scarlett
Macaws, all of which you'll enjoy photographing...

Savannah & Her Lowcountry

Savannah, grand lady of the South, is full of stately houses and large, shaded squares. Lush gardens, colorful flower boxes, an historic waterfront, and magnificent trees add to the photographic allure. The surrounding Lowcountry with forts, lighthouses, historic waterfront towns, and wild dunes provide more subject matter. We love photographing here and look forward to showing you some of our favorite places...

Springtime
on the Outer Banks

The Outer Banks is right in our own back yard. We'll
show you special gems along this untamed coastline
we love so well. The sunrises and sunsets can be
spectacular, the patterns along the seashore and
in the marshes inspirational, and the sights and
sounds of the wild Atlantic pounding the coast intoxicating.
In addition, there are gardens, colorful sails of
all types, and small, private fishing co-ops where
we have permission to photograph You'll love it
here!...

Cascades & Wildflowers
of Virginia

Springtime in the mountains of western Virginia is
stunning. We'll visit cascades, waterfalls, and beautiful
and sometimes-rare wildflowers. It is a site to behold.
Add to that old mills, villages, farms, and mountain
mists that abound in this historic area, and you
can't go wrong photographically. We have access to
some very special, private locations that we'll share
with you...

Maine
Coast & Lighthouses

Maine is known for its dramatic rocky coast, raging
surf, stark lighthouses, and charming fishing harbors.
We'll photograph in areas where Winslow Homer, Andy
Wyeth, and other artists have painted for centuries.
And we'll head to two of our favorite fish shacks
for the famous Maine lobster and other fresh seafood.
The Barefoot Contessa grew up sailing this area
and looks forward to introducing you to her special
haunts...

Wine Country

Bourgogne is arguably the heart and soul of France's
wine country. Vineyards form a patchwork pattern
across the hillsides and valleys. Charolais cattle,
wheat fields, and Medieval stone villages all add
to the visual appeal of this beautiful part of the
world. We'll show you wonderful places where you'll
make great photographs and taste great wines...
